While I was with my Mom at her boyfriend's house in CA, my friend and I walked in on them watching porn in the living room. They didn't hear us come in so she doesn't know that I know. I told my Dad and he is trying to decide how to handle this. I want to know (and so does my Dad) if this is reason enough for my Dad to get sole custody. Now they both have joint physical custody. Has a crime been commited and how will the courts view this event? Thank you.

We were paying our electricity through our apartment complex. They would bill it to us each month with our rent with a 50 dollar service fee. Last month they didn't bill us for it and it wasn't in our bill, so we were waiting until they gave us the bill or it was just added on to next months payment and/or rent. They did add it on to the next months rent/bill and we usually pay the 3rd if every month which isn't late. They turned off our power without any notice AT ALL on the second. They didn't give any warning what so ever. Is that legal?!

Is it helpful to get set asides on misdemeanor convictions besides paraphinalia or drug related. Misdemeanor convictions.bcuz on an Arizona website it says it would be less help with other types of misdemeanor s besides drug related. Either way what are my career options with several misdemeanors that are5 to 2 years old? ? :( I don't think I'll be Abe to maintain a level one finger print clearance card a level one card to be exact so I need to know all of my career options for Arizona. Or would I be better off moving out of state. Or is there enough forgiveness in this state for wide options
