I am a current mobile home owner in mesa. My husband and I have maintained our trailer to the standards put forth in the lease. We are very disappointed at our park owners for allowing an owner to treat the park as a place of business which is prohibited in the park lease. How or what are our legal means of attempting to see the problems corrected.

How does an inmate in county jail go about firing his court appointed public defender? The public defender hasn't been in touch with the defendant except during court appearences and defendant doesn't know what is going on except that trial starts in 19 days.

We has a fas line running to our home for our stove and water heater. The line from the meter to our home is corroded and the manager says we have to fix it wven though all our pipes in and under our home are good

My daughter lives in Northern AZ and had a child and lived with the father for 7 years. The relationship ended with the father filing custody papers with both parents having equal time with the child. He never has paid child support with my daughter never asking for it. He has been in several relationships with women married and divorced along with moving 10 times within 1 1/2 years. Long story short, my daughter has provided her with a stable home. He has hired a lawyer, she can't afford one. She has used legal aide but they won't go to the hearing. I'm worried she will loose wo/ a lawyer.

My son was born while i was out of the country and his mother put her boyfriends last name down as my sons last name on the birth certificate. Do I have a legal right to have my sons name changed to my last name?

I purchased a home about a year ago with my domestic partner. I am the only person financially responsible for the home. I added my domestic partners name to the title as a joint ownership. What is the best route to take with my landlord? There is a dead mouse deep in the stove/oven. I cannot use it and my house smells bad from it. The landlord says I have to pay him $50 to replace it as it is for my use.
