I'm wanting to change my kids last name to my last name how do I go about it?? Father is not in the picture he is in prison for 12 years, that being said i want to make sure when he comes out he can not use my sons identity due to him being a jr main reason for the name change.

lived in this park for 13 yrs.new managment trying to force everyone in the park with new lease and rules.if you dont sign the new lease,they dont accept your rent check.insane rules like no babysitting in the park,no washing your car(we pay for the water),no pets over 30 lbs,a pet fee and they must approve the pet,which are in my home that i own and dont even go outside.we are only allowed the number of cars that now fit in the carport which is only 18 to 20 ft long,they want to chage a 25 dollar fee for every notice they send out also.the list goes on.is this legal? how does grandfather work

I let a friend stay with me in my new apartment, however she isn't listed on the lease. She paid rent one month out of the three months I've been there and paid utilities for the second month only. Can I ask her to leave immediately since she isn't paying rent but gets mail to my resident, or do I have to give her a notice?

My mother is 92 and a new neighbor has recently befriended her. My mother lives alone and about 450 miles from me and refused to move in with me.I became ill and could no longer care for my mother.Family members flew in from other states to help but I lived the closest.I just became aware that my mother has been changing her financial doucuments with the help of this new neighbor.I found her writing and printing on these documents which contain my name,address,social security number.She helped my mother take my name off.She was acting as her legal guardian.My mother cannot hear or see very well and cannot drive anymore.I called this neighbor up and asked her want was going on? She said she was helping because I abandoned my mother.My mother has two medicare nurses a week that assist her and I have a licensed/bonded agency that can take her to doctors and shopping.When I called this neighbor she called the local police and said I harassed her.I tried to tell the officer on the phone that I may be the victim of identity theft and she may have copies of personal information but he said his concern was only about a phone call and didn't want to know anything else.Again,I live 450 miles away.She took my mother to the funeral home where my mother has made her arrangements and had my name crossed out and her name put in to receive my mother's ashes.I don't know what she was up to but it is all very suspicous.Is ther anything I can do? The only things missing so far that I can determine from my mother's home are clothing(which is mine)and some small items. I live on an apartment complex that has individually owned units but one HOA that covers the entire complex. The pool has been out of use all summer (green and disgusting), despite numerous complaints. Today, I noticed a flyer from the Maricopa County Environmental Health Department that the pool was closed by the county because it is in violation of health codes. Is there some way I can get my rent reduced because of the lack of access to the pool? Considering I chose this location and agreed to the higher cost of living because there was a pool at the complex. Just curious about my rights.

I bought a small summer place in an all 55+ rv park. I just found out if your unit is 30 yrs old the owner of the park must inspect your unit before you can put it up for sale. If they don't approve the condition of the unit you can't sell. Is this legal? Why would I not be informed before I bought?
