My ex wife filed for an order of protection from me, stating that I had committed acts of domestic violence against her and my children. She filed for it on Sept. 11, 2019 and said that the domestic violence had taken place within the past year. I had been 1500 miles away in the state of WA since 12/27/2017. Had not stepped foot in the state of AZ for almost two years. I have NEVER harmed my ex, nor our children, I have never made threats to hurt them, I don't even spank my children. This has torn my life apart. Is there any legal recourse for her lying, and keeping me from our kids?

I have just finished a 1 year lease at my current apartment community on November 25th. It's now December 16th and I must break my lease due to family emergency and no financial resources available. Is there anyway I can retrack my lease since the new lease has been in effect for less than 30 days?

A rocky marriage just worse.I have been living away from my children since May 2013. I had limited communication with my 2 children until the end of November 2013 when all communication with them stopped. All communication stopped with spouse the end of December. My numbers were blocked from calling... He said on 2/9/14 that he is filing for divorce. What are my options of getting the children or at least shared custody?
