Our son who was 41 committed suicide. he did not leave a will. I need to have power of attorney so I can deal with his estate. Do we have to file something with the probate court? If so how do I go about that?

My father is a retired county worker for Arizona. He is now 88 years old in a nursing home. His income for ss and retirement is about 1800 a month. this does not cover his nursing home or his home expences. We have used our saving up and now I will be hitting charge cards this month to help him out. Is ther any help available for us.

my ex lives in prescott AZ and I in VA. He continues to tell the kids that I am a psychopath, I have stolen from him that I cheated on him that I gave prescription meds that were not mine to myself and to my kids that I neglected them when this is all false he tells them if they come to visit me i am incapable of taking care of them and that my father will molest them i havent seen my kids in a long time because he will not make the kids come and kids are now to afraid what steps can i take at this time and how do i protect myself as i dont know what he would do if i fly out and visit

I sent custody paperwork to my sons father certified my ail return receipt he is not fighting it he did not pick up the letter because he does not want to pay filing fees it was returned to me what do I do

I have a 3 year old daughter. Her mother im not Married to was convicted of armed robbery & drug charges. Setenced 4 5 years in state prison. Was a violent crime. Question is do I have grounds to sever her Parentall rights? She left my daughter with a lady she did not know and unfit to care for her left her in dirty diaper and no spares while she was out committing the crime. She has been with me for the past 1.5 years. My Daughter has only seen her mom 5 times since Incarceration. My daughter has no recollection of her mother. She knows my wife of 15 years as her mother. Longer story
