  • My husband died and our Grant Deed for our property shows he has a 30% tenants in common share of the home. I have 70%. He further has a will that states he leaves any properties to me. He also has a son that will not dispute this. Do I need to go to probate since his 30% value in the home is minimal (K40-45K net value). Or what form can be filed to correct the Grant deed to reflect my full ownership?
  • I live at -- Mobile home park in Tucson. I own my trailer and rent the space. Here a week and a half ago, the gas co.shut off service to the park stating the line was leaking.   • My mother has contacted an attorney that I had befriended and still keep in contact and use on occasion for legal issues. My younger brother has been doing home improvement projects for this attorney for several years now but has never retained. There has been an argument between myself and another family member (making false claims) and this attorney has been counseling them. Is this a violation of ethics? How could a friend/attorney represent another family member against me. This attorney is too closely related to our "business" and appears to be a HUGE CONFLICT... Please advise ASAP
  • Can my landlord impose a fee because I own a washing machine? This fee was not indicated on my original rental contract I signed 9 years ago. This fee was implemented AFTER they built a laundry room. Their excuse for charging this fee is that the water bill is higher, which wasn't an issue before they built the laundry room.

I found out that after our neighbors moved a major effort was made to rid the apartment of insects. I also found out that the exterminating company was rotating insecticides. My fear is that we were affected by what was used. Both my blood pressure and my sons went really high. I have highblood issues but my diastolic went much higher then usual. Do I have a right to know what was used in that apartment?
