  • If i'm assaulted by a correctional officer and they claim asualt on them, do I have right to sue or press charges?
  • I've rented a home that has 3 bedrooms, when inspecting the house the a.c. was not on so I was not aware that one of the bedrooms has little airflow. A.c. guy said ductwork need to be done. This a 6month old child's room. Landlord said it's too expensive to do the duct work. What are my rights about this? Can I be refunded my last 2 months rent because the do not want to do the duct work?

I was working for Arizona Department of Transportation since September of 2006 until I was terminated on April 15, 2011.   • My husband died and our Grant Deed for our property shows he has a 30% tenants in common share of the home. I have 70%. He further has a will that states he leaves any properties to me. A few days later they stated that the check was sent in error, and to return the check. What is my legal obligation?
  • We are senior citizens. A bank is offering us a home loan that we assumed was fixed interest-the rate dropped a fraction, even-then I happened to notice an unfamiliar phrase with a tiny checked box-'demand feature'. I looked it up: the bank can demand payment, calling the loan, at any time without giving a reason. It said that some states prohibit that practice. Is Arizona one? Calling the loan could destroy us and force the property into foreclosure.
