My husband wants custody of his three boys 12,10,8.He has joint legal custody with his ex-wife,butshe has primaryphysical custody but oldest wants to be with dad.She is abusive to the children and CPS are involved they said that they can't do anything about custody.My husband took one boy to sheriff after an incident but even though there was was a case opened and an ivestigation,when the report was sent to the district attourney's office they didn't continue to persue charges.She left a bruise on the boys face but since nothing was done about it what can I do if we can't afford an attourney?

I've lived at my mobile home park fornover 10 years. I noticed my bill started getting higher and higher from patying 350 to getting charged 1000. I noticed that the landlord was charging some of the neighbors water meter to my bill. I've gone multiple times to their office and the landlord is never there. The secretary tells me she can't do anything and that I have to speak to the landlord. I've called the landlord multiple times and left messages and no answer or response from them. The bill says they will keep charging me if I don't pay the bill and evict me. What steps can I take?

Our grandaughter has lived in our home since birth. Parents used to live with us, the moved out in March but did not take the baby. I was recently in a relationship with a guy who was verbally and emotionally abusive. We were living together for about 3 months and he was always yelling at me and I was getting very scared. After he held me inside our apartment and refused to let me leave I finally got out and moved out. I tried to keep things civil. He moved to out of state but he says he will come back. He calls the house I am staying at several times a day.  He breaks into my emails and talks to my friends. He threatens me and he gets very angry at times and calls me and says he will do stuff to me and he will do stuff to my friends . I was wondering what I could do. I am very stressed out and scared and I feel like it is getting worse and I need a solution. I looked up about an order of protection but Im not sure where to go and how to do it. Id like to stop him from contacting me, my family, and my friends. I feel that he may be emotionally unstable and have issues that could turn to violence. He says he is coming back to Arizona and I just want to protect myself, my family, and my friends.

And since I am not removing my ex's last name,do I still need his consent?
