I am 21 years old, pregnant and have a 8 month old baby. I pay rent, but have no job and i am receiving food stamps monthly with cash assistance for 3 months. My 3 month period ends this July. I want to apply for monthly cash assistance so my question is : if my baby's father gives me $60 a week would I still need to put him under child support in order to receive cash assistance? I had a drop in my pay, and now, after my Child Support Payments, my take home pay is less than 900 dollars a month. Isn't there a limit on how much money they can take for my child support if it puts me below a reasonable standard of living? I can't pay my basic living expenses, and I don't know what to do.

im filing for divorce from my husband whom i havent been with for the last 15 years, he is currently incarcerated and we have a 16 year old daughter together. we both still have custody of her however she wants to stay with her grandmother in safford. i still get her everything that she needs. i provide everything for her that she needs. do i have to sign over custody of her if i file for divorce instead of keeping things the way that we are currently doing it?
