My roommate left a month ago to go back East to visit family. When he left as far as I knew he had every intention of returning. I have not heard from him in 3 weeks now. I live in a apartment under my moms name and she is getting help. From a government program to pay her rent. On the lease she agreed if anything we're to happen to her like if she dies i have x amount of days to move out. Well yesterday the manager said i will have 5 days After her death to move out. She is now on hospice and can go any day. I have no where to go. Can i still stay here legally for 3 months like any other eveiction??
