QUESTIONS

  • What is the process to get my ex girlfriend who has lived with me for 3 years evicted?
  • I was arrested in January of 2019 in Gila county, the preliminary hearing was vacated and I am not being charged but when a background check was done the charges were found. I am trying to re-enter military service, is there a way to make these go away since the state is not pressing charges and it’s been the better part of two years, what are my options?
  • Can I leave the county with my daughter if I am trying to better my life by getting out of a violent marriage that I am divorcing from anyway?
  • My ex was served by my lawyer with a 30 order to reply or comply, he has not yet made a valid reply thru the courts. Do I receive everything that I asked for? And why would my lawyer be in contact with him and give him an extra week to see what he is going to offer? Is there malpractice suit here as well?
  • My father is on his death bed in bullhead city. All past wills have included #1 I want to be buried in the nearest VA cemetary. His current wife of 3 years has paid for a cremation. She has a new will and will not produce it to any of 3 children. She has power of atty. We also believe she requested he be taken off cardiac meds when going into hospice, and believe this was negligent?? When does she need to produce a will?? Please help
  • My mom put her RV on consignment in Yuma. She passed away so now I have the RV. I recently accepted an offer last July 16th. The RV place held the money while I got a Washington title. I sent them a copy of title on Aug. 17 and told them I needed the money first, then I will sign over title. They received my letter on Aug. 21,called me that day and cancelled the deal and gave the money back. There is more to this situation. Is this legal? Did they have the right to cancel this deal without letting me know? They refused to give me the money until the title was complete.
  • Orig divorce decree and child support orders were in AZ. I now live in WA state with our child; father remains in AZ. Our child will be 18 next year but will graduate at age 19 from HS. He is deemed disabled. Father and I are in agreement re: extending child support beyond HS through community college and longer, if necessary. We know what to do re: notifying the OCSE that the child will be a full-time student in HS beyond 18. What we don't know how to handle is extending beyond HS. Do we modify existing decree/child support or new petition for this thru Superior Court in Mohave Cty? Thanks.
  • can i move out at age 14?
  • My boyfriend and I moved here to arizona with them, as grandma bought a mobile home with an Arizona room on some land, when she bought the house we all still lived in Iowa. I had a everything already set up there, but they "invited" us to come with them. They found out on Thursday that I was excepted for a job, and now on Friday it's all of a sudden illegal to live in an Arizona room "according to Arizona law". Is how she put it. My question is how true is this, and why wouldn't she know about this when they bought the house? I feel like I was jeopardized into coming out here.
  • I had a security deposit of $400 at my apartment and I still haven't received the security deposit. It's been about a month and a half. Everytime I call they avoid helping me and have stopped responding to my emails. I dont know if its because they find it annoying or they just dont have the deposit. What are legal ways I can pursue my security deposit. I have also sent them a demand letter. What is the reasonable time to sue and what is the maximum I can sue for?
