My rent has increased each month...in the lease i signed back in Sept 2017, I'm responsible for utilities. There's no fixed flat rate stated only saids 50& based on occupants and 50% on unit size. My landlord allowed people to live temporarily on the property in a mobile home. The mobile home was broken into so she installed cameras to protect my house and the barn that sits on the property. The cameras were installed with the use of my personal wifi. During this epidemic of the coronavirus I have been unable to work or pay my wifi bill. So the landlord purchased her own wifi and had it installed in the barn. She removed the cameras from my home and says now I must secure it myself. Is this legal?

Lot rental increases are done every year at this mobile home living facility. However, the common areas like laundry room has a rotting and broken ceiling panel that has electrical wiring exposed. There are no lights in there and just provided an unstable lamp. The mail room does not have proper lighting as well. How can this be fixed, Its been 6 years that we had been living here and it has been the same condition still.
