  • I have just got a summons to respond to a credit card company. i live in snowflake az, am 70 years old, working at xxx for not much money, and i don't know what to do. HELP.
  • I recently received 2 notices, one from my HOA and one from an attoney's office saying that I have ignored a violation notice. I never received a any notice prior to the these notices and now that are telling me I own them $500 for notice and attorney fees. How is this fair? And what can I do?
  • My landlord entered us into a lease with the knowledge that the home was INFESTED with termites. The neighbor pointed them out and told us he informed her before our occupancy. We immediately verbally requested she send a professional not only to inspect the safety of the homes structure, but to treat the problem. She ignored our request. We then turned in a written request and she immediately sent someone unannounced to spray for them. We still want an inspection. The damn things are dropping through our ceiling and our porch literally is falling apart. What can we do now?
  • I gave birth to my daughter in feb 2019 Approaching her 1st bday D.E.S requested birth certificate & ss card for her health insurance. I went to vital records & they said the hospital never recorded her name. And to change it I'd have to pay $332 at court to amend it. Her birth cert. States her name is (noname) and my ex husband's last name( we divorced in 2014) that is not her father. I remember filing out the forms and giving them time a nurse.I have no money. What can I do? My baby has a heart condition and needs medical assistance.
  • I just want to know if my boyfriend will get deported or what will happen to him. So in the past he got charged wit driving wit out lisence. & he had an arguiment wit his cousin outside n was being loud so da neighboor called da cops n they took him to goodyear police department then to 4th ave jail, I called & I got his next court is in 4 days & he does not have a bond. Most likely what will happen on his court date? He is an immagrant. Will he be deported?
  • I'm a landlord, I was given $500 security deposit. I even allowed them to unload their moving truck 2 days prior to signing the lease. The night we were due to sign the lease they backed out. Do I need to give their deposit back? They used my home as a storage facility and now my home has an overwhelming cigarette smoke due to their belongings!

In order to get new documents, I need to have other documents and I have none. Is there something I can legally do?
  • I was evicted from my home that I own. Not the land. Was evicted because they said I had a unauthorized roommate and when I asked her to leave she called the police on me and said I pushed her. Both where lies. I haven't even been convicted of the crime. Now they say I can't sell my home unless I pay for lot fees that I owe them after the eviction. They refuse to take my money but then say I still have to pay lot fees. Can I sell my home and not pay these fees. She is telling buyers she can refuse to let them move in if I don't pay for the months I was not even living there.
