QUESTIONS

  • I just recently bought a trailer that sit within a trailer park. I have the title in my name, paid the rent and respect the rules of the lot. However the landlord won't let my father live in the trailer. My father is 59 and I bought the place for him. However he's not allowed to live there. Can the landlord do that? I'm not breaking any rules of the lot. I own the trailer. My father never committed a crime.
  • I was granted full legal and physical custody of my two children. Their mother is allowed visits that I have increased to full weekend overnights, but now she is threatening legal action because I wont give her anything she wants. I have suspended visits because she has a delicate mental state and I dont want her rage towards me to hurt the children. She has a history of suicide attempts, bi-polar disorder, and neglect both of herself and the kids. She says it is against the law to deny her wishes and me having custody means nothing but a placeholder until she "takes them back". Am I wrong?

Now we're forced into this mess because of the ''family friend'' she had hired as her realtor... is any of this legal?

  • Just moved out to AZ, my girlfriend and I have a house with a pool and a walled in back yard. She asked if it is legal to sunbathe without a swimsuit or any clothes on. I know there are public exposure laws, but does it make a difference that is in my own property and with an enclosed yard?   • hi i am trying to find some help for a number of residents in burrwood rv park.they have received a notice on 4-2-18 in there park clubhouse that they have to move out of there park by 5-10-18,and they can return 9-1-18.they will turn off the power and water.these people have paid a yearly rent,and have nowhere else to go.they have been offered to move there rv trailers to their sister park in quartzsite az split rail rv park,about 8 miles away.they do not have the means to just pack up and move.no spring chickens here,this is a 55 and older park.please advise.thank you la paz county
  • MY daughter was roughed up my her live in bf. he also damaged her car. she was willing to go to the sheriffs office until they told her he would be arrest tonight and go to jail. How likely is that to happen the injury is broken nails bruised? the vechile damage is about $500 and he still has her glasses and a few other small things.
  • Moved into renovated home was to be done by 6/18 (day moved in). Upon arrival; 2 baseball size holes in 2 windows & piles of trash under carport. Due to incorrect measurements windows would be another week. Week1 dryer vent had to be re-cut, electrician rewired house due to fire hazard. Week2 plumbing unable to do laundry 2weeks now, family has to share 1 bathroom, windows not replaced. Week3 windows replaced 7/1–7/6, plumbing on hold to find better price (laundry?), & still sharing bathroom. Was given 1 months free rent but asking us to pay full electricity bill. What are her obligations?
