I am renting to own my manufactured home from my landlord who is in turn paying off loan company. The contract she wrote and we both signed but was never notarized or witnessed states that I will rent the home" as is" meaning she is not responsible for any damages. The septic tank is broken and flooding badly enough that one side of the house has sunken into the ground. The clogging from the septic has caused leaks and clogs in water pipes causing mold in walls and insulation under house ruined. A lic. Plumber informed me that the septic tank got broken when she installed it previous to my renting. It is also illegally placed too close to house. Also, my mother paid my rent in February and when I asked my landlord if she received this money she stated no. I called my mother to confirm she did go there then I called landlord back and told her I knew she was lying about it and she admitted that she had in fact lied about how much rent I actually owe her. What can I do about all of this?

I appologize for the repeat question but I cannot find my reference number. My sister is currently serving a jail sentence and my nephew is staying with his father. There is no court order on custody parenting time etc. but since my sister has been in jail his father is hasn't allowed me visitation with him. I am an active part of his life where I would have him 1-2 nights a week while both of them were at work and for the past month I haven't been able to see him or speak to him. His father has blocked my number so I cannot even check on his well being.

If I have full custody does that mean I will be the one to name my child when they are born ?

My ex and I have 50/50 custody. She frequently fails to pick up the children for her custody periods. Recently she dropped them off at school and told the school that I would be picking them up (again, her custody period). Obviously, I don’t mind having the children, but it is hard to manage impromptu scheduling changes in addition to the fact that I pay child support. What can I do?

Lease ends Dec. 10, 2018. I will pay in full, move out and turn over keys mid November. BUT landlord says I am still responsible for the property until Dec. 10th and is holding my security deposit hostage until that date. I don't want to be responsible for the property after I move out. What are my rights?
