My husband has said that he filed for divorce but I don't want it. Is there some way that it could go through even if I don't agree to it or if I don't sign the divorce papers.

I own a mobile home and rent a lot in a community. We are required to maintain existing trees and shrubbery(and are charged) if we don't. What are the laws on the subject, or where can I find them? My wife and I are both disabled and it is both difficult and expensive for us. Thank you

My landlord is trying to evict us for non-payment of rent. I called her and offered to pay her rent through a charity. She refused it and said that she does not accept rent from charities. Can I use this as a defense?

My ex-husband uses communication with our children to continue being verbally abusive to me. He also will not keep to set times that we agreed upon for parenting time. I have the children 5 days/week. What do I need to do to get a third party to handle communication and exchanges regarding our children? I do not want my ex-husband to be able to contact me or know where I live. I moved to Az over 2 years ago and have a 6 year old daughter. Her father and I have joint custody of her in the State Of New Mexico. Does that agreement still hold up in the state of Arizona, as we were never married? Would i have to obide by the joint custody plan that we signed in New Mexico in 2009 or would i be able to get custody of my child in Arizona?

I have filed for a divorced and was final in 2012. I was layed of from my job since March, Ive been working parttime, would I be albe to modify my child support and ask the court for alimony to , due to my youngest daughter illness that Iam needed to care for her. Iam renting 800 a month and i feel homeless, because I lived in his hometown for 28yrs and I had to relocate.
