He says that I don't take care of them enough, which I will admit Im not the best at but they have food and water all the time and I do my best. My question is, does this relationship put me in a position of being a landlord, which I do not want to be, or am I a non-resident homeowner? Can you point me to state law and statutes on this subject?

She had assets under $10,000 and no real property. I found the small estate affidavit. There are three surviving children, 1 deceased with 2 children. I assume we all need to fill out an affidavit? One of the grandchildren is still a minor. Who fills out his?
