Does someone who is in jail for not paying child support receive any credit toward his child support for each day he/she is incarcerated? The pastor from my church told me he believes it to be $100/day

My Mother lived in and owned property in Sun City, AZ for about 30 yrs. She had two living children whom have had a rather toxic relationship. She had a living trust and her son is named Successor Trustee. In 2003 she suffered a small stroke and (while still mentally alert) she had a problem with her speaking ability. As a result, she retired as Trustee and named her son who divides his time between New Mexico and Alaska. Her son physically relocated her to New Mexico about 10 months before she passed in Feb. 2011. He had sold her property in AZ in Sept 2010 but moved all her personal belongings to his property in NM prior to that date. Her remains are interred in AZ. Which state would have jurisdiction if a probate proceeding is necessary? (i.e.- Say the Successor Trustee fails to act?)

In our lease it states that we must perfrom regular maintenance to the outside. We live in an HOA, and have complied with all request, and kept the property in good condition. We are about to move out, and suddenly the landlord is saying that we must perform landscaping on trees, and bushes that were neglected for years. We have kept everything well trimmed, but there are areas that there is at least 10 years of old growth (cactus, and palm trees). How much am I on the hook for with respect to pre-existing landscape conditions.

Relative on parole & will not listen. He is not forthcoming with details but was stopped in Mohave county & now has a criminal case in their court system. He lives in Yavapai County. He never showed for court and has failed to pay fines for a different case from 2 months ago. He is saying he is going to flee to another state. When he flees & WHEN he is caught - what kind of additional time is he looking at for purposely leaving the state to avoid going back to prison. The last entry in the Mohave court system is 8/17/15. Today is 9/1 - How long does will it take for a new warrant to be issued?

I am currently paying my arreaarages for child support, but was awarded to claim my daughter in odd years. In 2005, she would not let me take the deduction and again this year; telling me because I am not current that I cannot claim her. Is this true? If yes, what is the statute? If no, what steps do I need to take that she is not following a court order?
