How long after being convicted of a felony do I have to wait until I can file a petition to get my felony set aside?

Iam a 82 year old widow living on my husbands retirement and ss . My house is paid of , but I pay a small common fee . I recently took out a 130000 loan against my house to help my Granddaughter build a new house . She is now going through a divorce and is not paying me for the loan ( always two months late). The bank is threatening forclosure against my home I am living in. I was going to take a loan against my retirement to pay off the loan . The new house is in my Granddaughters name and her ex is living in it . Can I have my name put on the house and have her pay me rent without bad tax implications. There is a court order in place for my ex-husband's parents to have monthly visitation with our children. My ex-husband is in prison and the grandparents (his parents) have not exercised their visitation for over 1 year. I show up with the kids every month at the court ordered meeting place and they never show. Do I have to keep going? Home I was renting was forclosed on and Purchased on short sale. When my lease was up my landlord gave me a 45 day notice to move. Now they want me to pay 4300 for redoing the house. The house was not in good shape when I moved in. I cleaned the carpet when I moved. It's been a month with out ac ... I called Thursdayady told me most likely no I e would go check out my ac because according to them 86 degrees was normal inside my house for it being to hot outside.
