I have submitted notice on 7/28/17 that we would be non-renewing our lease and it would end, as stated in our lease, on 9/12/17. This provided excess of 30 days notice as required. They did not respond until today, 8/7/17. When we moved in, our rent for Sept '16 (9/13 - 9/30) was prorated. In our notice, I stated we would be paying the pro-rated amount of our rent due on 9/1 for the 12 days we will be occupying the apartment. The management let us know that our lease will end on 9/12, but we are responsible for the entire month of Sept. rent. I am unsure. I have communicated with them by e-mail because I wanted to document it.

I have an OOP against my ex boyfriend & he is still harassing/stalking me. I contact the police & file my reports. I am going to move back to Wa. state but my lease ends at the end of Dec. 2014. My question is.. can I get out of my lease early without any fines/fees or trouble?

I am noticably disabled and live in a crime free.multi housing complex. There are several tenants who have either used a sharpie to change the expiration on their placards, have expired placards, or who simply park in the few disabled spots available. I have made the manager aware of these continual incidents, and was told that if they had any kind of placard or plate;(regardless of it's status), that the apartment management had no recourse. Is this accurate? If not, what can I do to see that this ADA accomadation is enforced properly?

Can you file a motion for visitation without an attorney? My son was not married to his girlfriend they had a child they broke up and she has the child. She will not let my son see the child instead will take him to her parents and let him spend the weekend.

I rented a housefrom aperson that was not the real owner.He pretended. I paid for security deposit and 1st months rent. Well yesterday a man came over and asked me what i was doing in his house. Friend renting a room from home owner. Can the owner take old trash from the outside bin and put it naxk in the room of the rentee because rentee didn't recycle a few items? Items were still in bag but were old and stunk.

My landlord is evicting me because she says my son is valdalizing property in our complex. I believe this to be untrue and wish to dispute the eviction. How can I go about that? Also, does the landlord have to take me to court to seek eviction, if so I may then be able to state my case before a judge. Is this true? I have a witness to the charge of vandalism. Debra
