My ex-wife and I have joint physical and legal custody of our two children. I carry their health insurance, by court order. My ex-wife has issues with our son at home, which we do not experience in our home. He has anger and agression issues, and is now acting out at school. She took him to a therpist who recommened he be medicated, and she wants him medicated as well. I do not support this, but she said I do not have a say in the situation. She will not provide me with the name of the doctor or drug. Can I file something with the court to keep my son from taking the medicine?

If I am renting a unit for $550 utilities included. And the day of my son's birthday a real estate agent who claims to be the property manager comes to my door Saying I had to remove my kids portable kiddie pool. It was 6 ft wide 10 in deep. On my porch next to my front door. She serves me for days later with a notice to terminate lease agreement due to material non-compliance. If there's nothing in the least stating I can't use a kiddie pool. Is this document legal?

how many months do one has to wait to reapply for ALTCS, if you have been denied and you are now in Hospice, awaiting salvation. Also, does the Nursing Home Care Reform Act of 1987 is still effective and can a skilled nursing facility force a relative or family member to take you in if all your Medicaid/Medicare benefit days have been exhausted and the facility corporate office has threaten to issue a 30 day notice to evict? Thanks
