  • I've completed most of court orders except for a few fines I'm trying to get my felonies set aside but I'm at a hold up I'm not making very much money and I'm paying child support ,is there a way to get my fines quashed or reduced so my set asides can take place
  • My former girlfriend move outand left behind furniture. She also owes me money. Can I hold the furniture until she pays her debt.

The thing is when the cleaning company was cleaning, they found out a bunch of fleas inside of the house. We asked landlord see if he can refund the rent for the days before the entire house completly cleaned. Should be the landlord responsbility to take care of it before we move in? Can we ask for the refund the rent for the days we can't live inside of the house?
