  • I have received a 14/30 day letter to fix an electrical issue which I am trying to address. I am also trying to sell my mobile home. There is now a broken sewer line that runs under my home which is part of the park infrastructure. They are refusing to fix and said they would fix it I sell my home. No prudent buyer wants a home with now water/sewer. What do I do?
  • My ex-husband just got arrested for an extreme DUI. We have gone through mediation in the past and he agreed to "conditional sole custody" but now disputes it. How would I go about getting sole custody with supervised visitation? Do I need to go through mediation again or do I go straight to a hearing?

  • I was an approved tenant along with my boyfriend and son in my boyfriends moms 55+ mobile home. We didnt have a written agreement with her or lease but were paying her $600 a month. She owns the trailer but rents the space and the park owners were well aware of situation.She kicked me out of her house no notice the same day and I had no place to go. Had to stay in hotels and also sleep in my car. My son is still there because I dont really have a place or the $ but she also hasnt allowed me to see him. Is there anything I can do to fight this or get compensated for being evicted
  • Was arrested Friday at 2100 hours for aggressive assault D.V. in Arizona, I live in another state. Had my pre-hearing, the victim did not show up. Was told about the infraction and what can happen and given a bond. The judge stated that after 48 hours, if the there was no filing the case would be drop. The sheet from the court states the 48 hours on the bottom of the sheet. Can the state uphold what is on the sheet from the judge's court order. And if 48 hours has gone by, is the case dropped?
  • We signed a new house on july 19th, and before we moved in, we hired a cleaning company trying to clean the entire house. The thing is when the cleaning company was cleaning, they found out a bunch of fleas inside of the house. We asked landlord see if he can refund the rent for the days before the entire house completly cleaned. Should be the landlord responsbility to take care of it before we move in? Can we ask for the refund the rent for the days we can't live inside of the house?
  • Can my current employer require me to sign a certification which prohibits me from holding and using my real estate license or appraiser's license. I was hired in the Real Estate Owned dept of a bank and this was not a requirement as a condition of employment originally but now they want this certification signed, can they terminate my employment if I refuse to sign the certification?
  • In 2003, my husband's girlfriend moved to AZ from IN. They had a daughter together born Feb. 2003. My husband has been court ordered to pay AZ courts because the mother of the child is currently receiving assistance from TANF. My husband has been told that he must get a attorney to establish visitation rights. My question is does the attorney have to practice law in AZ? We also cannot afford an attorney. What can we do?
  • we are currently listed as owner's to a mortgage but signed transfer of property- deed papers to an investor of whom we have been making monthly payments to. We have been informed by the mortgage that our payments have not been submitted and that we will soon be in foreclosure. What can we do? This investor promised to assume the mortage as well as the property but really only filed tranfer of property and continues to collect our money, of which has been steady each month.
