  • Hello, I signed an employment contract stating I would give a 30 day notice or agree to forfeit any unpaid compensation. In this case it would be 2 weeks plus 14 hours. Since I resigned I have been antagonized to the point where I left after only 15 days post resignation notification. Are the employers permitted to withhold my salary under these circumstances?
  • My landlord sent me a check, for what I believed was compensation for my a/c being out for 3+ weeks with temperatures in the home exceeding 100 degrees. I contacted them to ask how the amount was calculated. They then responded that it was noted in my account that a check was sent to us, and would get more information. A few days later they stated that the check was sent in error, and to return the check. What is my legal obligation?
  • House financed in mobile park with lot rent. Shortly after moving into my mobile home park, they let my neighbor get a dog. This dog violates half of the park rules pertaining to pets. It's over the 16" and probably 40lb. limit, They leave it outside, unattended, it barks for hours at a time both when the neighbors are home, and when they are not. The neighbors, pretend not to understand English when I try to talk to them. I have complained about the dog hundreds of times to park management, they have done nothing about the dog. What are my options?

On 1/3, Rey C of Satellite compny came out to help me exercise my right and was told by management that he couldn't install my dish, because they are issuing a notice to all residents that they need to have dishes removed. I was assessed fees for early termination of $360, and move in fee of $199. This blatantly a breach of contract, and violates federal law. Help
  • My ex husband is requesting copies of medical records through our PC. The PC stated that he will write a letter to the court requesting the information. Is this a HIPAA violation? Can I prevent my ex husband from receiving this confidential information? Are my rights not protected now that we are not married?
