After signing my lease agreement and after moving in, my landlord had some guy come to the house to do a stucco job due to termites. We were not aware of the house having termite until after we were settled in. The guy said he would come back to work on the house because he needed the landlord signature to start the repairs. Well I guess my landlord never signed the paper because the guy never returned. It has been months and we still have termites. What can I do in this situation.

My first year lease is ready to renew and my rental company is demanding that I get $100,000 in rental insurance that only covers damage to the house, not any of my property. Is this legal? New tenant been here for almost two months. Ac is on roof. The morning after i got key to apartment the roof tile where the ac unit is collapsed because of the drain was not working so the comdensation leaked and made the roof tile collapse. Next day they came to fix. About 3 weeks later ac quit blowing cold and needed more freon. Now maybe another 3 weeks the roof tile collapsed again, the ac drain is not operating and ac is not blowing cold. The water the ac is leaking has a yellow tint to it. From what ive researched thats an indication of the freon leaking inside the dwelling.moretoadd!

We just bought a home in Arizona. I am a 100% disabled veteran living in a hot box for the past 5 weeks.We had an inspection done before and everything was fine. We have been in the house for 5 weeks and have had a different air conditioning repair person here more than 5 times with a different reason each time. Now we have flooring from the kitchen, entry way, and laundry room that needs to be replaced because of water damage from the air conditioner. Do we have any recourse against the home inspector? I called her and she said she would refund the inspection fee, but it wasn't her responsibility for the repairs now. Every penny we have went to purchase this house and we bought a home warranty so we wouldn't have to worry about problems. The warranty company of course claiming pre-existing conditions for things, so we have to fight to get some of the costs covered with them. Is there any help for us?

My ex husband commuted domestic violence against me, got charged with a felony false imprisonment charge, was put on probation and got ordered supervised visits through family court, his mom was the supervisor and he gave up visitations and didn’t contact us or go to court for close to two years, all of a sudden he wants 50/50 custody I got awarded sole legal decision making and he was re arrested for assault on a new girl friend but charges were dropped, will the court give more than supervised visits back?

A large cactus in the backyard fell on September 1st; two days later the landlord acknowledged the fallen cactus. It is now October 13th and no one has come by for an estimate to remove it. Our son cannot go outside because he just wants to touch it. Do we hire someone to remove it and take it out of the rent? They also never reimbursed us for the exterminators who camea few times when we first moved in. They have never acknowledged, and denied the issue of the bugs. This had been an ongoing issue with them.
