  • My husband and I live in a mobile park, which the mobile home has been paid off, however the electric is connected to two other places plus ours that makes it three running under one electric bill. Our bill for one window unit is $195.00 with the cost of the rent lot being 458. then the water , sewer and trash being 22.75 the total amount is $700.00 for a one bedroom trailer. help us A.S.A.P. we received an eviction notice. thank you sherrie fritz 573 999 7331
  • I called my auto insurance company to have a company replace my window in my auto the glass installer damaged my car. My insurance company said it was not one of their authorized dealers so they can help me. I want to take the glass company to small claims court to see if i can get resolution for the cost of the damages the paper work ask if this is a contract or tort. I did not sign a contract with the glass company so I'm confused as to what to use for the type of claim on the paper work.
  • I let a friend of mine live in my house rent free for about 7 months after she had a baby. I babysat and cared for the child while she worked and never charged her any money for childcare. After 7 months, she moved out but left most of her personal belongings in my house. It has now been 8 months since she left. How long does the law state that she has to come back and claim her belongings before her property is considered abandoned. And then do I legally take ownership of her property? I have also loaned her money which she has not paid back yet. Please advise. Thank you.

  • I live in a different state. My child was on probation in Arizona and even though my custody order allows me alt. holidays and 5 weeks during the summer, the probation dept. would not allow my child to come to my home to visit. Is this legal? Can the probation dept. overrule an existing custody order?
  • I am living at an apartment in Tucson, AZ. The a/c went out over two weeks ago and since then it has been 93+ degree's in my apartment. I have tried calling management but there is nothing they can do for another week. I have asked if substitute housing is available and they have denied. Is there anything I can do?
  • I was hired to work 8:30am to 5pm at a daycare and when i get there if there is not enough kids they will make me wait to start my shift until there are enough kids or work to do, the hours i am waiting are not being paid. I have also got in trouble for leaving the building if i am told i cant start yet. They want me to sit there and wait unpaid for sometimes up to 3 hours. I have brought this up to my manager but i feel they are taking advantage of my age because i am only 19
