  • I was born & raised in Phoenix, Az. When I was born my mom thought my dad sent in my paper for birth certificate and my dad thought my mom sent it in. In all reality it didn't get sent in at all, in the required time frame deadline so now my birth certificate reads (not named) and my last name with all of the other info re: my birth (parents names, etc) How do I get my first & middle name added to my birth certificate? I need to have this done for the new Real ID & so I can switch things over to a new state. ( driver lic, etc) can this be done from out of state & how much would it cost? Thanks

  • My landlord gave me a noise complaint and unauthorized tenant notice on April 11, 2018 . I asked landlord, who is the unauthorized occupant. She said your son. I assured her that , my son do not live here, buy he is my babysitter while I'm at work. Then on May 4, I went into pay rent , The landlord received my rent. I asked her how is the noise, she stated it have not gotten any better and you totally disregard the 10 day for having an unauthorized occupant. I told her I told you my son do not live here. The landlord said he is always here and I told her , yes, because I'm always at work.
  • Filed for divorce in NM a year and a half ago, moved to AZ in January of this year, have custody of my 2 children. Father still lives in NM rarely calls or writes kids and hasn't visited once. Paperwork in NM was not fully filed for visitation or custodial but divorce was finalized. How do I gain full custody in AZ now that we live here and have established our lives.
  • I assigned a 30 day reservation to rent a unit from a person who later was discovered is not the owner or the tenant on the lease. When I contacted the owner and the management the 30 day reservation is against the rules of the facility. We also received made up fines from the person lying that they were generated from the homeowners association when I spoke to the homeowners association there was no such fine ever levied how much is the satiation call the police and has a police report from this particular person being fraudulent. My landlord told me I have to give notice for the full rent cycle and is trying to tell me we are obligated to pay another full moths rent. Do I have to give 30 days notice, or a full rent cycle notice? My intention is to move after the 1st of the next month but prior to month ending. Can I do so and provide a pro-rated amount of rent to my landlord or do I have to be out by the 1st?
