  • I am renting a home for past year and half with wife, daughter and her 5 year old son. We have all had various levels of sickness, mainly severe coughing. We brought this to the attention of the management company with full details. They sent out a person to "visually" inspect for surface mold, in one room. This person left indicating the issue was from a single cat. We obtained our own air quality company and paid for results ourselves, the results came back with several mold types in home and "Black Mold" was one of them. Management company not responding to addressing problem. Help???
  • We found mold and water damage in our unit. The landlord put me in a hotel for 8 days and then said i will have to find somewhere else to stay because the issue would take 2 months and the unit would be uninhabitable. She then wants me to just go find somewhere to live for the time it is getting fixed. Isnt she supposed to provide me somewhere to stay while this gets fixed? She wants to return my rent for a prorated amount for the 8 days i was in a hotel. Shouldn't she give me the full rent back if the hotel didn't have a kitchen and was noy equivilent to what i was renting?

  • My boyfriend owes almost $100,000 to the State of California. He is paying off the welfare that his ex wife was on. His paychecks are garnished and as of a few days ago his bank account was too. I was planning on joining the Navy in the spring and we wanted to get married. My question is: Will his child support debt transfer to me?Will they be able to garnish my wages and bank account? Will any of this be put on my credit score?
  • I get a news letter the first of the month stating maintenance day is 1/21/15. Is that legal notice. They come in twice that day. Once to change the a/c filter, check smoke alarm and look for drippy faucets. They come back to do monthly pest control. It is anywhere from 8 to 5. Lately they have even looked in the refrigerator during this inspection.
  • does AHCCCS pay a hospice benefit?
  • I currently have joint custody of my children in which I have them 50% of the time. My ex-wife and I do not agree on which schools our children should attend, and our paperwork states that neither of us can make the final decision. An attorney had told me that if we have tried mediation with conciliation services (which we have tried), then the next step would be to file a motion for school determination. My question is: how do you go about doing that? I do not see forms that seem to pertain to this. Thanks!
  • my wife asked me to leave the house 9 months ago. We now live in 2 different counties. She is very controlling of the time that i can spend with my daughter. So, I would like to go to court in order to let them set up some sort of visitation with my daughter for me, something more concrete than just my ex's wims and how she's feeling on the days I want to see my daughter. How do I go about filing for visitation rights. Please help- I am missing my daughter terribly and I know I should be able to see her. Thank You
