IF CHILDSUPPORT IS A CIVIL MATTER CAN YOU BE SENTENCEDTO PRISON AND IF NOT COULD YOU FILE WRONGFUL INPRISONMENT

If a mother puts a restraining order against her sons girlfriend 4 months before he turns 18 and he doesn't want one put on her can he get it dismissed when he turns 18?

We decided to withhold rent to force the landlord to repair some unhealthy living conditions. We verbally told the manager that this was why the rent was withheld. They finally got the repairs completed and agreed to a $500.00 discount for the month. They are trying to charge late fees for the month that the rent was withheld. We don't want to move but we don't think it's fair to have to pay late fees considering they agreed their fault for dragging their feet on repairs.

I do not want my ex-husband to be able to contact me or know where I live. How do I coordinate an order of protection/injunction against harassment with the local Court with a Supreme Court action (3rd party to handle interactions with the kids)?

My Mother lived in and owned property in Sun City, AZ for about 30 yrs. She had two living children whom have had a rather toxic relationship. She had a living trust and her son is named Successor Trustee. In 2003 she suffered a small stroke and (while still mentally alert) she had a problem with her speaking ability. As a result, she retired as Trustee and named her son who divides his time between New Mexico and Alaska. Her son physically relocated her to New Mexico about 10 months before she passed in Feb. 2011. He had sold her property in AZ in Sept 2010 but moved all her personal belongings to his property in NM prior to that date. Her remains are interred in AZ. Which state would have jurisdiction if a probate proceeding is necessary? (i.e.- Say the Successor Trustee fails to act?)

I owe a debt to a creditor for medical expenses. The creditor has increased the debt by charging me a penalty for not paying on time. Is this legal? Are all late fees penalties?

I have owned my mobile home since I purchased it with cash in 1996 and have resided in the same mobile park where I rent the land since that time as well. The landlord has now changed the rules and no longer allows pets. I am wondering if this is legal considering I own my home and just rent the land. ord should have no say in the matter. I had to leave a rental property because of an order of protection. The problem is that I had already paid in full the hole lease in advance. The law states that he is supposed to refund my money in case of a domestic violence issue. I have not received any money from him or the return of my security deposit either and he is refusing to pay me. What do I do to get my money he owes me back?
