QUESTIONS

  • I have 50/50Joint Custody & 50/50 Legal Decision Making, and my Ex doesn't want my girlfriend or family member picking up my son due to the fact I'm at work when it's my schedule time to pick him up ? Is she legally able to do this or is she in contempt of court? She also won't drop him off at my house because she doesn't like my girlfriend even tho my son likes her and he likes being around her and his 7week old sister /daughter that me and my girlfriend have together,we also lived together for over a year n been together for 3 years? My son has known my girlfriend for along time as well.
  • I am renting a home for past year and half with wife, daughter and her 5 year old son. We have all had various levels of sickness, mainly severe coughing. We brought this to the attention of the management company with full details. They sent out a person to "visually" inspect for surface mold, in one room. This person left indicating the issue was from a single cat. We obtained our own air quality company and paid for results ourselves, the results came back with several mold types in home and "Black Mold" was one of them. Management company not responding to addressing problem. Help???
  • I read a similar but not exact question, so I'd still like to ask one. My son's biological father & I went through a custody case in 2013. He was granted extremely limited parenting time, but (for some reason) joint legal decision making. It's now been almost 2 years and we haven't seen from or heard from him. I'd like to sever his parental rights, and my current partner is considering adopting my son. The question I read earlier cited ARS numbers, but that doesn't help. I have a doc: "Petition for Termination of Parent-Child Relationship". Is that correct? What if they can't find him?
  • I bought a 55th wheel from managers of this park she sold me a Trailor that did not have any paperwork and was filled with bed bugs and it caused me to miss work and hundreds of dollars that I can not afford I gave her partial payment for the months rent now she has given me a 5 day notice taped to my door my ? Is do I have a claim against her for selling a place with bed bugs?
  • I have an order of protection against my soon to be EX husbands sister. She constantly bad mouths me to my 2 children. She is causing unnesecary upset to them by making them feel they need to choose sides. Can I add my children to the protective order as people she can not have contact with?
  • I didn't pay rent this month due to the landlord not fixing anything within the last six months. I decided to move since they are not fixing anything. Can the landlord lock my possesions in the house or do they have to give me a notice first?
  • My ex husband and I have joint custody of our 2 year old son. Our son is showing some sensory and possible speech problems. I invited AZIEP out to do an initial sreening and invited him as well. He thinks it's stupid and doesn't want him to be evaluated and would not give consent for an OT evaluation the screener suggested and I gave consent. He also says he won't give consent for any kind of preschool. Professionals are seeing problems and are suggesting evaluations. Can I still get him evaluated without his consent? If not what is my recourse to help my son get what he needs?
  • What is the statute of limitation on Credit Card debt?
  • I'm a mother of 2. My oldest is 24 but mentally handicapped. My daughter is 14. Her father not my son's and I live together and co-parent. We are not in a relationship. He is mentally, verbally and has been physically abusive to me. Can I file for a temporary order to protect my children and myself from him? We share custody of her. Please help. Thank you.
  • 2 years ago the VA did a full hip replacement on me. Less than 2 years later, I had to have a non VA doctor redo my hip. Dr advised that the hip that the VA put in was recalled and also that the VA Doctor did not put my hip in correctly. As a result I am now on full Social Security Disability. I am trying to find out how to pursue a case against the VA for malpractice and inadequate care after my surgery. I have had no luck so far speaking to VA advocates etc. Can someone please point me in the right direction.
