I have joint custody of my 2 older children, my youngest child I am engaged to her father and we are living together. My two oldest children's fathers pay child support well one does other hasn't and don't. My oldest child father is involved but my 2nd child father hasn't called, hasn't seen her,nothing in like 6 years (she doesn't want to see him). All children live with me and my fiance. I was wondering if my fiance could adopt them with me so we both have custody of them together & how would the child support work?

There is a lady that I was doing a roof for and she came out side her house and blew up on me about getting things done and I have been getting them done. And I left to carry a trailer back to a metal shop and all my tools are at her house now she will not give me my tools back is this against the law?

The air conditioning has been out in our rental since Thursday night. I submitted a maintenance request to the management company that night. The heating and cooling repair man came out on Friday afternoon and said he would need to order a fan. When I called him on Saturday afternoon, he said it hadn't come in yet and that we would need to wait until Monday. Yesterday, he came with the fan and determined that the entire compressor unit needs to be replaced. The management company was unable to reach the owner until 7:30 last night. We still have not gotten an update on how long this will take.

I have a month to month lease agreement. This is a room rental in my home that I reside in as well. The lease agreement was basic. The issue is he got involved in drugs. I am renting to own my manufactured home from my landlord who is in turn paying off loan company. The contract she wrote and we both signed but was never notarized or witnessed states that I will rent the home" as is" meaning she is not responsible for any damages. The septic tank is broken and flooding badly enough that one side of the house has sunken into the ground. The clogging from the septic has caused leaks and clogs in water pipes causing mold in walls and insulation under house ruined. A lic. Plumber informed me that the septic tank got broken when she installed it previous to my renting. It is also illegally placed too close to house. Also, my mother paid my rent in February and when I asked my landlord if she received this money she stated no. I called my mother to confirm she did go there then I called landlord back and told her I knew she was lying about it and she admitted that she had in fact lied about how much rent I actually owe her. What can I do about all of this?
