I was an approved tenant along with my boyfriend and son in my boyfriends moms 55+ mobile home. We didnt have a written agreement with her or lease but were paying her $600 a month. She owns the trailer but rents the space and the park owners were well aware of situation. She kicked me out of her house no notice the same day and I had no place to go. Had to stay in hotels and also sleep in my car. My son is still there because I dont really have a place or the $ but she also hasnt allowed me to see him. Is there anything I can do to fight this or get compensated for being evicted

We had a roommate. He started drinking heavily again while living here even though one of the agreements was that he didn't. He was late on rent, and after causing a lot of drama ended up getting arrested for DV within the house and is not allowed to return here without police escorts. We also have an Order of Protection against him. A lot of his stuff is still here at the house and we are trying to figure out how long we are obligated to keep it. This happened mid June and it has been over a month since the last time he came to get anything. Thanks in advance.

I was served with an injunction against harassment and was never informed by the plantiff that I was harassing her...we were friends. Now I have been given this form and I don't know what to do...she never indicated that she felt threaten by me and showed no changes in her behaviors that would even give the slightest clue as to her feelings...what do I do to protect myself now...

I'm a property manager and I have a tenant who pays rent however her adult son is on drugs and liters and trespasses on the property and sleeps on her front porch. Many tenants have been complaining and do not feel safe. Can I legally evict her for to her son not being on the lease. My tenant won't let him in the house but leaves food and water out for him each night.

Our landlords sent us an email stating that we have to pay for professional cleaning or they will take $450 from our security deposit. From the research I have done, I understand that this is illegal and we are only obligated to deep clean it and leave it in the same condition as when we moved in. Do we have to professionally clean or not?
