My baby's father has been in contempt of court "at least" 2 times. This last time the judge told him, "If you haven't made some kind of payment before the review hearing in 2 months...you will go to jail." Well he had not made any payments and the judge didn't do anything about it except give us another review hearing in 2 months. I don't understand why he is getting away with contempt of court and more than once. What can I do?

I retired in January of last year (2016). My former employer is using my photo in his yellow pages and internet advertising WITHOUT my permission. what type of attorney do I contact? I wish to sue for monetary damages if possible and to stop him from using my photo and name in these ads. I gave him over 20 years of full time service, and the first time I actually took my full vacation time (3 weeks), he called me (during week 2)and told me he only wants to use me part time after my vacation was up.

I have 4 grandchildren living me for the last 13 to 14 yrs. Their mother has been in and out and currently on probation. I'm done. They have all become as disrespectful as their mother and I have told them, they need to get out of my house. I refuse to work everyday and come home to a pig pen, when I am the only one paying the bills. The 16 year old told me she that her mother said they don't have to go any where. I have to give her a 30 day notice. Is this true? I cant wait 30 days. I can't call the police and have them removed?

My contact information has remained the same this whole time as well. I have never denied him access to our son he chooses not to contact him would his actions be considered a form of abandonment

I just have one question. A week ago my supervisior came to the job site on Sunday and he was clearly under the influence. He made a comment to me that someone needs to be fired and that this is not Poland where you ride donkeys and play Mickey Mouse games. Yes I am Polish and this just rubbed me the wrong way. I just want to know if I have a chance to file a case against the employer?

We are senior citizens. A bank is offering us a home loan that we assumed was fixed interest-the rate dropped a fraction, even-then I happened to notice an unfamiliar phrase with a tiny checked box-'demand feature'. I looked it up: the bank can demand payment, calling the loan, at any time without giving a reason. It said that some states prohibit that practice. Is Arizona one? Calling the loan could destroy us and force the property into foreclosure.
