Park claimed they only give Referral Money for new mobiles into Park. I never got my 1/2 Rent off for friends that moved here from Hawaii. I have proof that referrals are given for new Residents and even Renters. Can anyone help me get my Referral money ?

My ex-husband past away and had not taken my name off the escrow loan, he left no will and we have an adult daughter, now the loan company is after me for the payments. If I pay the loan does the house belong to me.

I have been living in my rental house for 7 months. The plumbing in the kitchen and bathtub keeps backing up and The landlord has had the plumbers out seven times and still cannot fix the problem. The plumbers told us it was bad pipes and the landlord will not spend the money to fix them. So I cannot use my washer or dryer and when I take a shower I have to stand in the water that backs up. Is that grounds to be able to break my lease?

The landlord refuses to give me a last name or address to file paperwork. I have a judgment against me because I finished the lease was month to month and grew frustrated with the Mickey mouse repairs being made. I have a judgement against me but he also kept 1,150.00 deposit and wont count any of it toward my judgement. How can attain this eviction info?

The landlord recently began a no smoking policy for apartments and their patios. There is a sign posted now. Would this also include our car ports which are not attached to living quarters?

How do I go about getting my rights reinstated? I served a 5 year prison sentence and was released in 1998.

My mother passed away. She does have a will and I was nominated as the executer and trustee. I am the sole beneficiary. She only has a bank account but when the account was setup nobody was on the account but her. no payable unpon death. What is required by the bank for me to access the account to begin paying for her expences? Her will did state that I shoud have immediate access without going through the courts.
