Can both the parents be named custodial parent?

I have a mentaly disabled daughter that is 20 yrs old. She is wanting to give up her rights to make all decisions because she is scared she is going to make bad ones. What can i do and how do i do it????

My ex wife and I have been divorced for 18 months and it involved two kids. Our divorce decree and final agreement is filed in Rogers County Oklahoma. I now live in Arizona and have since the separation in May of 05. This summer my son came to visit and he has been asking his mom if he could live here and she gave me written and verbal permission that he could and now he has been here for 3 months with the agreement that we would modify the final agreement and child support. He is enrolled in school and school activities and after school activities and is doing very well. She is now wanting him to come back to Oklahoma and I want to file documents to keep her from doing this........can I do it here in Arizona or does he have to be here for a certain amount of time? Where can I go to get more info on the net?

If a person is on 2 years unsupervised probation for two Class 6 undesignated felonies in AZ, is he able to move out of state and transfer his probation if his life is being threatened. Is it possible to complete his probation in another state.

What can I do when my girlfriend that is on the lease with me has people threaten me to move out at such and such time.

I live out of state and have a health insurance order for my daughter. Does it have to go through my employer or can I find my own?

My boyfriend and I have never been married and have two children together. We were in the process of separating when he raped me. I left the house with our two kids. I filed a sexual assault case against him with the police. He is now harassing me about wanting our kids to spend the night at his house. I’m not comfortable and neither are my kids with him taking him. Can I refuse for him to have our kids over night because of him raping me?

My child who I have custody of due to taking his mother to court for mental heath reasons. With that being said I have taken the paternity with it saying I’m the father, which I knew. what do I do now to get my name on my sons birth certificate. I have his birth certificate with me. His mother will not agreee to sign the necessary paperwork for me to be added onto his birth certificate. What packet would I need to go down to the court and get this case started. The end result is be put on the birth certificate and proceed to change his last name to mine bc mother is not present / active.
