  • I DROVE my car to a shop. It had made a noise. Gave key to owner. He told mechanic to drive me to work in my car. He did not. He drove the other way. He drove for a couple of blocks then floored the gas. 50 - 60 ft the engine was grinding. He broke the timing belt and destroyed the engine. The owner refused to pay. I contacted att gen office. Have heard nothing. (Appr. 4 weeks). Now owner called and told me to remove or he will tow as abandoned. I had to use retirement fund for rentals and another car. If i remove vehicle, is he removed from responsibility?
  • I own 2 mobile homes in a mobile home park. One of them I live in and the other I bought and was fixing it up and was going to make plans on what to do with it. I got behind on lot rent on the other place by a month and before the next month they had me in court evicting me. In a week after that that they broke into the place and changed the locks. Within the month the sold it and I am the owner and have a title. I was in process of trying to sell it so I could pay the back rent and make some money back on it. Never given any notice that this was there intent. What do I do too stop this.
  • I have been divorced for 4 years now. For the summer I signed up the kids (2) for a program that ends each day @ 5:30 for $180. My ex wants to sign them up for a program @ the comm. center for $1250 becasue it ends at 6:00 each day. She is not employed and does no know when she will be getting off?   • I own my home/rent lot, in 55+ m/h park, my house burnt down 3/7 I was told my responsibility to move it. I don't know how, and I can't afford. LL states will move it if I sign over title. Is that ok? What's the catch? Can I still live in this park? Is this a usual practice? Please advise, I want to stay in this park

The complex charges for the general water sewer and trash but they also charge for a trash service separate from the az trash fee and it is not optional according to the leasing office. Are they allowed to do this or would this type of service have to be considered and option for residents to want to do? Is it illegal to charge for 2 trash services?
