The child support payments I pay are garnished through my employer. The monies are paid to a gov't clearing house agency in Phoenix. When I changed jobs and wages began garnishment (eventually) the amount that was garnished was incorrect. I didn't realize and had no part in setting up the garnishment. Now I am being sued for arrears. Who is responsible for submitting the correct garnishment calculations? The court order clearly states the monthly amount to be paid.

WE have paid a photographer $600 for items he has never provided and he now refuses to speak to us. We are based in the UK but I have family in Arizona who will attend on my behalf and we feel that a simple claim might just be ignored. Question is : How can we best ensure that we will have maximum clout when approaching the reclaimation of our monies? If your answer is to employ a lawyer, may we have a list local to Tucson, thank you

we have been in our lease for 12 months. In our initial lease it stated that the owner was to replace water heater and repair roof leak. We are about to renew and he still has not completed the repairs. The kitchen ceiling is coming down and he says it's our responsibility to repair. I stated that the root leak caused all of the damage and that the repairs are part of the roof leak. He has not repaired the roof and we are 12 months into the lease. What can I do to force him to repair or simply breach of contract for repairs.

I am being evicted from my home and have court tomorrow, I wont be able to make it to court, and I understand that I will have a judgement placed against me. I have no reason to fight it because i am behind on rent. My question is, how soon after the judgement is made can money be taken from me. I am willing to pay the landlord and make payments but my husband is currently in the hospital recovering from a heart attack and the little bit of money i have in my account has to go towards medication.
