  • My ex boyfriend lives Within 100 feet of my front door on the same floor. I am not safe living In this apartment complex I do have an active restraining order against my ex boyfriend for physically beating  me. My apartment complex, told me I would have to pay $3000.00 to break my lease and my credit will be blemished. What is my legal right here in Arizona. Can I break my lease without paying. FRIGHTENED FOR LIVE LIVING HERE!!!
  • Husband wants to buy me of home mortgage which is under my name only. I would love to keep the home but I don't want to start a fight so I am considering moving out with my 2 kids. I want to be the primary household for my kids which is why I want them to live with me most of the time. What should I consider when moving out? Will this affect me negatively in or out of court?

  • I live in an eight unit cluster of small houses and duplexes. The property has been inundated by tenants with dogs. The problem is the increased noise level from almost constant barking. The property managers are making money off the presence of the dogs and flat-out don't care. I'm being harassed by my neighbor. She makes her dog bark at all hours of the day and night. Any recourse?
  • The home I rented went into foreclosure and was sold, unbeknownst to me or to the property management company (manager was not the owner). I made 2 rental payments to the management company during the time between the home being sold and us becoming aware of it. I made a CFK agreement with the new owner and requested my deposit, as well as the 2 rental payments back from the manager. They told me to give them a key and they would return my deposit, even though I made it clear I was not moving out. I returned my key and they refused to return my deposit or payments. Do I have any recourse?
  • My husband is 80 and showing signs of dementia. He will want to live out his years in Arizona as a resident. He has about $770.000 in resources. I do not plan to be a resident as I have family elsewhere and allergies here, unfortunately. Also, I am 68 and have about $200.000 in resources. I know who stole out of my bank account I tried to make a police report but the cops wouldn't let me about a month later a sheriff came to my house and said there was least my debut card theft investigation and to com down to the cop station and talk I gave them all my info regarding my debit card he said it wasn't in his jurisdiction and a different pd would get back To me no one will help me and the Banks won't do anything either. What do I do?
