My sister gets social security disability i work, she leased an apartment in Glendale AZ , i work 40 hours plus and pay the difference of 617.00 a month plus lights that are in her name . On march 31st 2020 she decided to move out of an apartment thats leased under her name and just leave me there there is rent owed due to my hours being drastically cut to 25 hours a week. i was obligated to invest in internet snd a upgraded computer to be able to work from home due to the COVID 9 .I just seen an eviction letter to be in court on april 14 2020 , what rights do i have ?

my grandsons mother refuses to let my son see his son they were never married his name is on the birth cert. and until the end of july she only seen him once in a while my question is--can she legally keep him from seen his son

I was convicted of felony theft on July 3 2000, in Yavapai county .At sentencing, the judge said to me. "After you complete probation, come back and see me, and we will take this off your record". I called the court after completing probation. To do what was told to me by the judge. The court of Yavapai told me, " I have no idea as to what it is that we can do for you". Your convicted, is a conviction of law, there's nothing to do for you. Last year I mailed a request to have a say in this matter. I was given a court date. I could not make this date 4/28 . I received a letter saying to bad.

M.H. owner & M.H. space renter of 19 yrs.. finally given :. agreement but don't follow AZ. laws. Sent a request to Landlord to bring lease up to fo;;ow M.H.P provisions but still no response back from him. They now are trying to evict for late rent payment they refused because I didn't include utility charges due to the unlawful ways of billing proof. I told them to first meet the request's of the lease and then it will be paid. I had full rent $400.00. Utilities are separate from rent. Can they still refuse my rent payment for space? And what are my rights if lease is unlawful?

My truck that i have drove for two years now was payed for on the spot for $1600 with income tax money from my grandmother and the rest pur of her pocket. Since then, out of my pocket i have put about $3000 into it myself. This income tax money my grandma had was from her claiming me(i was 17, im 19 now). My dad went and gave the man the money for the truck. My dad and i do not get along and he is mental (seriously). Now everytime he gets slightly irritated, he tries to take my truck and we get into it. The title has his name on it, but he is wrongly abusing. I'm so tired of this!Please help me?

I am a single mom of 4 children (20, 19, 13, & 10). I divorced the children's father almost 8 yrs ago. I have full sole custody, and he was granted supervised visitation 2 hrs a week. Soon after the divorce, he stopped seeing or contacting the children. He currently has 5 felony warrants in the state of AZ for drugs and such and owes large fines. He fled the state about 6 yrs ago. And has not been seen or heard from since then. I want to know what I can do in lieu of custody of my children in the event of my death. Obviously the older children are safe; however, my 2 younger children I am concerned about. They do not know him or even know what he looks like. A long time fear of mine is that he could come and take them from family and friends here. Am I able to leave them to a more capable and safe guardian? And if so, what can I do without racking up large attorney fees? Thanks so much.

I am a landlord for a home in Queen Creek. I've been notified by 2 neighbors that the tenants in my home have 5+ dogs that are a barking nuisance and are conducting a breeding business. The rental contract only discloses 3 dogs and no breeding was ever mentioned. I want to know what my liability is as a landlord if the dogs get out and bite a neighbor. Am I required to maintain a tight fenced yard? Is the continual barking nuisance my concern or should I tell neighbors to call animal control?
