We live in a small private property community with private roads. Every morning and afternoon we are over loaded and blocked in by parents using our neighborhood to drop off and pick up kids. They ignore all our signs and block anyone from getting in or out safely. We have buses that come and get our kids and they can’t get around the neighborhood because of the parking on both sides of the road. The street are more narrow as they are private and we pay for all up keep. We know we can block the roads off but what else can be done to get those people out and off our streets?

I have a Friend in Arizona that is in a 12 month lease and she has stated that they signed an addendum specifying that if they break the lease they will have to leave in 3 days period. She and her sister who doesn't live on the property are both on the lease according to her. Question, can one be on a lease if they don't live in the Apartment ? Question can the landlord set the addendum up in such a way that if the lease is broken she would have to leave in 3 days. ? As well if her sister decides to break her part of the lease but my friend wants to stay ?

I am a married man with a 4 year old daughter. Two years ago my wife and I were temp seperated. I had a one nite stand with a woman who told me she couldn't get pregnant. Two years later I get paternity papers and am orderd to pay $900 a month in child support current with $25 rearage included. That leaves me Just $1100 a month to take care of my wife and daughter. The deduction for her is more than my daughter in my marriage. Do I have any avenues for getting this modified at all?

I've been charged with possession of dangerous drugs and possession of paraphernalia. I have priors from a case in 2010 of attempted sale of dangerous drugs 2 counts and attempted trafficking stolen property. I did prison time for the stolen property and probation for the drug charges and I completed everything in 2012 including paying off all fines. My lawyer I hired because he said he could win my case. Since hiring him he has done absolutely everything to destroy my case. I am on the honor roll at college and they want me to do 10 years for the crimes. What can I do?
