For 2 1/2 years I have rented a house to my son with no rental agreement or lease. I have been lax about late payments. I have come to need to sell the house for financial reasons. He has paid no rent for December and it is now 12/17/18 and I have no idea if he ever will. What needs done to get him out so that I can do repairs and put the house up for sell??

My daughter is 17 and pregnant the baby's father is also 17 but his parents are refusing to let him attend any baby appointments or be a part of the child's birth. The baby is due in March and he wont be 18 until May. What can he do legally? He doesn't want to miss out on his child until he is 18.

The custodial parent refuses to inform of medical conditions, medical and dental visits, school functions (states I am forbidden to attend), parent-teacher conferences, open house at school, basically he believes I am not permitted to have any form of contact outside my ordered visitation time - Saturdays 7am - 6pm?

How long past the payment date listed on the lease agreement can a landlord serve an eviction notice? My renters have been served eviction notices in the past and I want to put pressure on them early. If rent is due the 1st - can I serve them on the 2nd?

Do I need a sole custody order for my son if he lives with me, I take care of him, his "sperm donor" has never really been there, has verbally acknowledged that he's his but wants a Dna test for peace of mind (I don't want a dna test cuz it's against my religious beliefs), he has no father listed on the birth certificate, do I still need an order? Can he take my son away from me even tho he can't take care of him?

I am about 12 days late on rent but i already told the landlord i will pay rent on the 28th my refrigerator is mot working and i told him about it and he refuses to make the repair till rent is paid can he do that?

I was recently in a relationship with a guy who was verbally and emotionally abusive. We were living together for about 3 months and he was always yelling at me and I was getting very scared. After he held me inside our apartment and refused to let me leave I finally got out and moved out. I tried to keep things civil. He moved to out of state but he says he will come back. He calls the house I am staying at several times a day.  He breaks into my emails and talks to my friends. He threatens me and he gets very angry at times and calls me and says he will do stuff to me and he will do stuff to my friends . I was wondering what I could do. I am very stressed out and scared and I feel like it is getting worse and I need a solution. I looked up about an order of protection but Im not sure where to go and how to do it. Id like to stop him from contacting me, my family, and my friends. I feel that he may be emotionally unstable and have issues that could turn to violence. He says he is coming back to Arizona and I just want to protect myself, my family, and my friends.

Can a Father (who is currently married) take the child (of the marriage) and leave to another state without a court decision on custody or any other legal filing.

My ex husband wont let my 13 year old son live with me and my son is threatening to run away from him and he was drawing pictures of himself dead. I am afraid of what he will do if he has to be there. He lives in kingman az and I live in texas. I need to know how I can get custody back from here. I tried to hire a lawyer and she was going to charge me 4000$. I cant afford that. Since he is 13, how would I get him to the court to tell the judge he does not want to be there he wants to be here with me. Please help me asap. Thanks
