I purchased a mobile home in Feb from a lady out of state (the mobile home is in apache junction, Az) Previous owner informed the tenants of the sale and asked that they vacate. Its now july and they are still there.. The title was misplaced so i just recently transfered it and served the tenants with a 5 day OMI. They refuse to go.. what do i do now..

What rights to tenancy do I have after relatives death? I have inhabited the apartment for a few weeks and received a 5 day notice, and nothing more. Another relative informed me that the Apartment Managers contacted them saying a court date was set for tomorrow, yet there has been no notice left at the apartment.
