QUESTIONS

  • I received notice that my landlord would not be renewing my lease. When asked no answer was given. I am trying to stay where I am. Moving will cause a hardship if not homelessness for me and my family. What can I do? Anything?

Now, due to being laid off, a judgement has been entered and they will begin garnishing my wages. However, they also included my now ex-husband in the judgement and are going to garnish his wages. How can they do this if the loan was in my name only?

Is there anyway to protect myself from such an injunction and maintain ability to stay in my own home? She claims I'm going do her physical harm, and I think her claims are unwarranted.
