My daughter recently move to tucson to attend college. The apt complex was supposedly wifi ready, but the previous tenant in her unit apparently damaged the wiring to the point of a very costly repair, which the complex manager told her `they did the best they could', but it would cost too much to fix, and basically, tough luck. She now has to rely on using data (expensive!) and they are not offering to cover that cost. If the other units in the complex have access to this service, isnt she legally entitle to it as well?

We just rcvd ltr stating that our lease will not be renewed and we will have to move by end of April, 2020. The problem with that is COVID-19 and we also have four children under the age of eight with one child being on the learning spectrum. It is a very difficult time now during this pandemic to try to find another place to live, obtaining a moving company and just the stress of it all. We would still be able to pay our rent, so that isn't the problem, but do we have any rights as renters as we are renting a house not apartment at this time?

We live in Tucson, AZ, and my husband is going to file a divorce paper. We married in South Lake Tahoe, Ca. We have been married for 23 years. We both are not working, but he has a girlfriend during our marriage and she is working. My question is he told me he doesn't need to pay me his social security or any spousal support due to he doesn't work. Also since he bought the house before our marriage which we are living now. In my marriage, this house all the repair, utility, property tax are from our joint account. Now he told me I have no right to this house. It is true what he told me.

I have a person who lives on my property without lease. We started to have a relationship. It has now involved the police and domestic violence. The police will not arrest this person and I have called them several times after physical confritations they say his word against mine no witnesses. I want him gone evicted or something. I can't seem to stop the police from telling him that he has tenant rights. He has caused multiple damages to my house and my property outside. He has taken my keys and locked me out of my house etc. What do I do?

We are currently living in a mobile home and are being invaded by rats. Two months of the last five months we cannot use our heat or AC unit due to rat feces and them trying to nest in the vents. We have a dead rat smell in the home and my daughter is currently sleeping on the couch because of the smell. We have given a 10 day and it is past that time frame. We do not have a deposit to move. What can we do?
