I have an ongoing problem in my duplex with a black widow infestation. when we first moved in we had to kill many black widows that were in the backyard with a hammer. The next summer they returned, this time also in the garage and a bedroom closet. I notified the landlord and she provided us with store-bought insect spray for us to use ourselves. I used the spray and a few months later they have returned again. I am very concerned about being bit as well as the safety of my dogs. Since the store-bought spray didn't work doesn't it fall to the landlord to provide pest control? Esp. Safety wise

I am currently expecting a baby. The father of my baby left me when I was 7 months, but has stated he wants to be in the baby's life. He is a habitual marijuana smoker, heavy drinker, and the people he surrounds himself with are not the kind of influences I want around my child. My ex wife and I have been divorced for 18 months and it involved two kids. Our divorce decree and final agreement is filed in Rogers County Oklahoma. I now live in Arizona and have since the separation in May of 05. This summer my son came to visit and he has been asking his mom if he could live here and she gave me written and verbal permission that he could and now he has been here for 3 months with the agreement that we would modify the final agreement and child support. He is enrolled in school and school activities and after school activities and is doing very well. She is now wanting him to come back to Oklahoma and I want to file documents to keep her from doing this........can I do it here in Arizona or does he have to be here for a certain amount of time? I just appealed Social Security's decision to deny my survivor's benefits,which were denied, again! I'm a disabled widow,and have had my disability since I was a teenager,since my records show I have a personality disorder,Agoraphobia,etc. But,they keep denying my husband's benefits on the grounds that I didn't become disabled within 7 years after he died! The Social Security laws have recently been changed to let divorced,disabled widows have the same laws,which were worded differently before my case was heard! My lease is up very soon at my current residence and my landlord has informed me that the home owner is holding me responsible for a Queen Palm Tree that died this past year and expects me to purchase and replace the tree.
