QUESTIONS

  • We are owners of a double wide in a moblie home park in Tucson.  We live out of state and for the last 5 months have received only partial payments and at this time a tenant is 4 months past due in agreed payments. We have had several issues with this problem, and feel we can no longer allow this person to occupy our property and would like to have someone tell us how we can go about serving notice for an eviction. We have read the laws of Arizona and know that a paper has to be obtained, filed, and paid for by us and then sent on to the occupant of property.  How can we start this procedure?
  • I have not recieved any reciepts of my rental payments. I have to put the money in the landlords bank account. When i asked for a print out of all rent payments that I have, the landlord refused my request. Is there anything I can do to legally have my rent reciept records? i know he can not pull a back statement of his to show my rent payments were deposited, but shouldnt he give me a reciept of payments by law? I have never recieved a reciept after depositing the money and I thought that was kind of fishy. Please help, Its for my records and finances.

But has spent mosy of her life in prison and when he was out never helped with any of the financials for her and only saw her 3 times in 5Months. We were told by the property management company that the owners are in trouble. I am disabled and this is causing me to have flare ups in my conditions. We've asked for an extension but was told no. Do we have any other options to get more time?
  • My fiance and I went to Dallas over Easter weekend to get his mother Mary age 76 from the nursing home she was in. She has severe Dementia and her husband agreed to let us take her in. He no longer wants to make any decision on her. Phillip is her only child. We need to get power of Attorney on her.   • I have a service dog and was recently informed that my apartment cannot charge me rent for him. However, at the time of my move in, I was unaware of this and the landlord did not make this known to me so I have paid $20 a month pet rent for the past two years. Am I entitled to reimbursement? They say it was not their responsibility to inform me and that they are not obligated to inform tenants of this exception. And that it was my responsibility to know this about my dog and to inform them. They are no longer charging me as of July as I have now documented that the dog is exempt

  • I currently line in Texas have been here with ny two children for five years. My case is orginally in arizona. I went to court with my ex we were never married he petitioned me and Showed up to court high in drugs. The judge ordered hair follicle tests I passed mine he never took his and than ended up going to prison for four years for aggravated assult on a police officer. I have supported them alone since before he went to prison. He has three other kids and all were taken by the state and adopted out due to his drug use. I want to place him on chikd support with no visitation. Can I?
  • I am an adopted child and i ran away from my adopted parents in april of 2006. i turned 18 in aug. 2006 and now that im 18 i went back and asked for my birth certificate and my social security card but was refused to have it. im trying to get my life on track and i cant get a job with out my social security card, so what should i do.
