  • A rental insurance company has refused to pay because the landlord did an upgrade rather than a repair of the domicile. A landlord is charging a tenant to pay for an upgrade rather than a repair of property damage. What is the best option to fight this - with the insurance company or the landlord?
  • What can I do if I feel my 9 year old is not being properly cared for in the other parent's home that I currently share joint custody with? For example, most recently the other parent left our child at a nearby apartment complex pool with another 9 year old completely alone and unsupervised or accompanied by any other adult (the kids were the only ones there) for over an hour while the other parent allegedly walked to a gas station to purchase alcohol. My child also complains that the other parent is using drugs in front of him. Is this considered neglect and what are my options?

Do you think he would be able to get alimony at least for awhile? No children. He is 29 and will be looking for a job now obviously, but he was left with nothing. Ty for any advice in advance
  • My mom's land lord gave us a letter that we had to sign for from the mail man stating that she had 60 to move out. His reason for kicking my mother out was " He wanted new tenants"? Is that legal in Arizona also his appointment does not have any smoke dectors there mold in the bathroom and kitchen I have ask him 6+ times to address this issue and he reply is ok I'm going to have someone come out and fix the toilet n sinks but no one ever came my mother has been in the hospital 4 times now due to his neglected duty to fix things in his apartments. He is a slum land lord can someone please help.

  • My home went into foreclosure on 09. Tried short sales and bank never agreed on any of the contracts. So they took the house back 8/27/09 and they sold it 10/27/09. I was told by my realtor and the short sale expert the HOA dues owed to stop payment while in short sale. And after the house foreclosed that the HOA's would be absorbed in the sale of the propety. Now a collections agency has attempted to collect again in 13'. What does the law say about this.
