I took out a Renters Insurance Policy for thief or property damage. My apartment was burglarized. My wheelchair was stolen and the insurance refuses to pay because it was issued by the VA Medical center. Are they exempt from paying for items issued to me?

Currently pregnant- father wanted nothing but an abortion. Time has passed and he wants a DNA test. If the child is his can I petition to terminate his rights? I have proof of him wanting an abortion. I do not want child support or nothing- solely for him to not be involved since that is what he decided since the beginning.

We owe a nursing care facility 10,000 dollars. I have been sending them 20.00a month. I received a letter from them with a check for the payments I made. I moved to Az. In September of 2018 to live near my Daughter,Son- in- law, snd Grandchildren. I signed a 1 year lease in apt. Complex. In October of 2018, my daughter told me her husband who is in the AF would have to go to Korea for a year on orders. She has chosen to accompany him with my grandchildren. I have been reliant upon them for transport, groceries, dr.'s appt's, etc. I use a walker, have medical issues that prevent me from doing day to day tasks. They are leaving on April 1st for a year. My only income is soc.sec. mgmt here wants 2000.00 to buy out of lease. Can I get out somehow
