My child father is suing for visitation. Can I set the grounds of where and when I want the visitation to be?

My daughter will turn 18 at the end of January, but is still in high school, senior, graduates in May. Is there a form for me to fill out to keep the C.S. obligation going? Also I am married now but the clearing house still knows me by my old last name how can I change it?

I was an independent contractor for a local company. First, can they require a person to give them 60 days notice prior to quitting? I did quit (didn't give 60 days). Now he has a black on blank Benz . He has a Bently he has a monster truck . He has a motor cycle hardly Davidson & dune buggy while I'm struggling with my son to get by . My boyfriend was supporting us him & I are no longer together . How can I get child support from the guy without him getting any legal right

How do I kick someone out who doesn't pay rent

I have full physical custody and shared legal custody. years ago we agreed he would get the tax write-off for our child 2 yrs in a row, I one. This is no longer fair as he has her for less than 100 days/yr and she's a teenager w a lot more expenses. He refuses to change to every other year. What recourse do I have?
