  • My husband is going to prison, we have a three year old and one more on the way. He is our sole income provider, will I be able to get any kind of income support while he is gone??
  • A room in our home was rented on a month-to-month basis. The 1st month was a trial period to see if they were a good "fit." The man intimidated a disabled female in the home and verbally assaulted her the following day (at which time they were given 10 days to vacate), they were caught smoking marijuana in the home (given a verbal warning), their dog bit someone (didn't break skin just bruising and swelling), caught smoking a second time - told to leave immediately and made threats of imminent harm. Have not returned to claim possessions as agreed and claim we owe them money. What do I do?

My court order also states that each party is responsibe for one half of all uncovered medical expenses.   • I moved into a new upstairs apartment unit in May 2011. It is now June 2011. Everything is great, except I have downstairs neighbors who play loud music from 1 am-5 am. The music is soft enough, but the bass is extremely loud. It vibrates our beds, floors and walls. We have spoken with the manager, who says that she can do nothing. The police have come, (twice), and are sympathetic but because it seems to affect only me (the vibration is in the bedroom below me), they don't know what else to do. Can I break my lease? More specifically, I want to change units. Can that be done?

I looked up the company on az courts. there is nothing since an unlawful detainer in snowflake in 2009. they are in several cities around the state, but based in Idaho. I have heard that they just throw people out of the property. they must have accomplices. one of the owners sits on the town council
  • I am a 21 year old college student sharing a condo with my landlords daughter. I gave my landlord notice that I would be moving out the 2nd week of May and she was ok with it. She has been taking the rent in the middle of the month every month except when we initially moved in we paid on the 1st. I am just paying my rent for April, today the 11th. But she told me if I stay in the condo past the 1st, I have to pay, because rent is from the 1st to the 1st. She stated she took it out in the middle because the utility bill doesn't come till the middle of the month. So she included them together.
